Reluctantly, the Church Council has decided that we should close the church with immediate effect and until further notice. This decision follows advice from the Circuit and the District and takes into account the restrictions imposed by Tier 3.
Although this is not the news we hoped for at the beginning of 2021, we go forward in faith, thanking God for the skill of those who have developed vaccines and praying that we will soon see signs of Covid 19 coming under control.
Best wishes for the New Year – keep happy, keep safe.
You can find services to listen to at home on the Poole Bay Methodist Circuit webpage.
Live streamed and recorded services can also be found via The Methodist Church webpage.
Some other churches in Swanage, including the URC and Emmanuel Baptist, have streamed and recorded services. You can find links for the different churches on the Churches Together website.
Each week the BBC broadcasts Sunday Worship and Songs of Praise.
