Sunday Services
Sunday services are held in our Church Building on the Swanage High Street at 10.30am, lasting for approximately one hour.

Your group will be welcome to stay for tea, coffee, biscuits and chat following the service.  Transformers - Swanage Methodist Church

Over the Summer holidays we have a series of Summer Holiday services called TRANSFORMERS, suitable for everyone, including those who do not regularly attend Church services.  The Summer Holiday services are particularly popular with groups such as BB, GB, Brownies, Scouts and youth groups.

Clicke here for more info about TRANSFORMERS.

We would be very happy for your group to bring a Colour Party or your flag / banner to parade during the service.

If you are bringing a group, please aim to let us know about your visit in advance.  This way we will be able to ensure the service meets your group’s needs and we will reserve seats for you.

Church on Tour
New for 2010!!! - For groups camping in Swanage this Summer….

We are pleased to be able to offer to visit your campsite to lead a fun and exciting time of worship, relevant to your group’s youth or children.  Complete with songs, games, stories and a relevant message, the tour will be led in an informal manner with opportunities for all to participate.  This time will be led according to your group’s ages,  needs and requirements and could be tailored to complement the theme of your camp if you have one.

The worship will be led by our full time Children’s and Families worker, Tom.  Tom has led worship for young people many times previously and has experience of many different settings of youth and children’s work.  He also has 14 years experience with the Boys’ Brigade, as a member and officer (having joined at the age of seven).  Tom is able to work with different ages to enable them to enjoy the worship and to help them realise that following God is FUN!
